Local Bay Area Clients as well as clients from New York and New Jersey (in boxes) to Bodega Bay to SoCal and everywhere in between

Why are there so many garments with new tags?

We partner with retail stores for last Season’s items as well as businesses that have closed. Additionally, many items were purchased by our consignors in the wrong size, color, style, color, etc, and were never returned.

How much do I get if my consigned item(s) sell?

40% of the CR sale price

How come you are not choosing ALL of my fabulous items to consign?

We must be VERY selective in choosing consignment items due to multiple factors: Limited space, season, exacting standards for condition, style, and workmanship. We select items with our SHOPPERS in mind. Years of experience inform our process.

Will someone contact me to remind me my consignment period is over?

NO. Upon consigning items with us, we provide you with a card that indicates the date of the end of the consignment period of 12 Weeks. Items not picked up within two weeks of that date will be donated. We recommend you enter that date in your calendar with a reminder at least one week prior as soon as you get your card. Our Consignment Contract spells this out very clearly. You will indicate on your contract whether you prefer to get your items back at the end of 12 weeks or have them donated. If you prefer to pick up your items, you will be responsible for remembering to do so. It is very helpful if you call a week in advance to let us know you will be coming to pick up your items. This gives us a chance to collect them and get them ready for you.

Do I need an appointment to consign? When is the best time to come in?

No appointment is necessary to bring your items in for consignment review. We are open Tuesday - Saturday, 11 - 5.

As you can imagine, Saturdays are quite busy and you may end up having to wait while we help shoppers.
